RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve payment of an invoice
to Mustang Tractor and Equipment for emergency repairs of unit 5068, a 1988 Caterpillar
D7 Dozer, used by Solid Waste Management/Landfill Division in the amount of
$18,089.98.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the ,.day
