WHEREAS, an application for a License to Encroach eight (8) feet by a wooden
fence, 3.15 feet by a concrete pool deck, and 0.39 feet by the pool onto the City of
Beaumont's eight-foot wide utility easement described as being Lot 3, Block 4,
Windemere, Section I and is located at 6120 Windsong;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the application for a License to Encroach eight (8)feet by a wooden fence, 3.15 feet
by a concrete pool deck, and 0.39 feet by the pool onto the City of Beaumont's eight-foot
wide utility easement described as being Lot 3, Block 4, Windemere, Section I and is
located at 6120 Windsong, and the same is hereby, approved:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a License to Encroach is hereby granted
to the owner for the property shown in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the�� day of
