THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept $8,234.60 from Robert
F. Ford, Jr. as full and final payment for weed liens against Tract 1-B and $500.00 monthly
installments to pay the balance of $7,200.35 due on Tract 1 as described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes. The City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute all documents necessary to evidence the release of the weed liens
against Tract 1-B. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute all documents
necessary to evidence the release of the weed liens against Tract 1 when the account is
cleared.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the -?3,G1- day of
1997.
