WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) fifty (50) foot working
height over center aerial truck for the Parks and Recreation Department; and,
WHEREAS, UEC Equipment Company of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma submitted a
bid in the amount of$84,977.00 and;
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by UEC Equipment
Company of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in the amount of$84,977.00 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by UEC Equipment Company of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for the
purchase of one (1) 1998 Navistar International cab and chassis equipped with a Lift All
LA0051-15 fifty (50) foot aerial device in the amount of $84,977.00 be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
