WHEREAS, on Monday, September 2, 1997, sealed bids were received for
furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies for drainage improvements and
asphalt paving at the Building Services facility, located at 1848 Pine Street; and,
WHEREAS, Treyco of Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid in the amount of
$29,435.00 and;
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Treyco of
Beaumont, Texas in the amount of $29,435.00 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Treyco of Beaumont, Texas for furnishing all labor, materials,
equipment, and supplies for drainage improvements and asphalt paving at the Building
Services facility, located at 1848 Pine Street in the amount of $29,435.00 be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
