BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a one (1) year
contract with the option to renew for one additional year with American Fidelity Assurance
Company for which FARA Benefits Services is the agent to provide stop loss insurance for
the City's medical insurance program effective January 1, 1998.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9k day of
1997.
