BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a two (2) year
contract with the option to renew for one additional year at the same rate with CIGNA for
which FARA Benefits is the agent for basic life, accidental death and dismemberment
(AD&D), supplemental life, supplemental AD&D, and dependent life insurance for the City
of Beaumont effective January 1, 1998.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the Lt- day of
1997.
