BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a two (2) year
contract with an option to renew for one additional year at the same rate with T. E. Moor
& Company, agent for Zurich American Insurance Company, to provide excess workers'
compensation insurance for the City's self-insured workers' compensation program.
