BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a two (2) year
contract with the option to renew for one additional year at the same rate with Willis-
Rollinson to provide claims administration for the City's self insured workers' compensation
program to be effective October 1, 1997.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9Z-5( day of
1997.
