WHEREAS, on Monday, August 11, 1997, bids were received for the purchase and
installation of two (2) screw grit classifiers to be utilized by the Water Reclamation
Division; and,
WHEREAS, JDV Equipment Corporation of Fairfield, New Jersey submitted a bid
in the amount of$66,900.00 and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by JDV Equipment
Corporation of Fairfield, New Jersey in the amount of $66,900.00, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by JDV Equipment Corporation of Fairfield, New Jersey for the
purchase and installation of two (2) screw grit classifiers to be utilized by the Water
Reclamation Division in the amount of $66,900.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
