RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal from the CPA firm of Botley &
Harrington to conduct an audit of the City's financial statements for the year ending
September 30, 1997; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appoint the firm of Botley &
Harrington to conduct an audit of the City's financial statements for the year ending
September 30, 1997;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the proposal submitted by Botley & Harrington to conduct an audit of the City's
financial statements for the year ending September 30, 1997 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont and the firm of Botley & Harrington is hereby appointed as the City's Auditor.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
