WHEREAS, City Council authorized the City Manager to enter into a contract with
Wallace Enterprises for the extension of the concrete parking lot at 770 South Fourth
Street; and,
WHEREAS, the project is completed; and,
WHEREAS, Wallace Enterprises has submitted their request for payment of
$14,285.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the extension of the concrete parking lot at 770 South Fourth Street is hereby
accepted and the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue final payment of
$14,285.00 for completion of the project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1997.
