WHEREAS, an application for a License to Encroach onto the Avenue A and
Washington Boulevard rights-of-way adjacent to Blocks 13 and 16, Arlington Addition and
Block 90, Cartwright Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the application for a License to Encroach onto the Avenue A and Washington
Boulevard rights-of-way adjacent to Blocks 13 and 16, Arlington Addition and Block 90,
Cartwright Addition be, and the same is hereby, approved:
MW#6- 25 feet south and 12 feet east of northeast corner of Lot 13,
Block 16, Arlington Addition
MW#7- 7 feet north and 5 feet east of southeast corner of Lot 13,
Block 16, Arlington Addition
MW#8 - 30 feet east and 10 feet south of southeast corner of Lot 13,
Block 16, Arlington Addition.
MW#10 - 10 feet north and 6 feet west of southwest corner of Lot 12,
Block 90, Cartwright Addition
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a License to Encroach is hereby granted to the owners
for the property shown in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
