BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
Centana Intrastate Pipeline Company to locate their 24" pipeline of liquid petroleum gas
within Entergy, Gulf States electric transmission fee corridor substantially in the form
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B".
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /qV-4day
of UZ 6WZ 1997.

electric transmission fee corridor.and will not cross any city streets, alleys
or easements.
