WHEREAS, the claim of Gracelyn Clouse Cox has been discussed in an Executive
Session properly called and held; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Gracelyn
Clouse Cox in the amount of Three-Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
11997.
