BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the proposal of Texas Commerce Bank National Association for banking services
is hereby accepted and the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a
depository agreement with Texas Commerce Bank National Association for the period
commencing October 1, 1997 to September 30, 2000.
