WHEREAS sealed bids were received on Monday, July 14, 1997 for a six (6) month
contract with an option to extend for an additional six (6) month period at the same prices,
terms, and conditions for furnishing lubricants for the Fleet Management Division; and,
WHEREAS, Fuller Oil Company, Inc. submitted a bid in the estimated amount of
$25,500.00 as follows

Engine Oil 15W-40 $2.907/gallon
Engine Oil 30W $2.736/gallon
Automatic Transmission Fluid Dextron I $0.9975/quart
Automatic Transmission Fluid Dextron III $3.078/gallon
Automatic Transmission Fluid Type F $0.9975/quart
Hydraulic Oil $3.15/gallon
Drum Deposit Charge No Charge
and;
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Fuller Oil
Company, Inc. should be accepted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Fuller Oil Company, Inc. at the prices set out in the estimated
amount of $25,500.00 with an option to extend for an additional (6) month period at the
same prices, terms, and contitions be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
