BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of a
1997 Ford cab and chassis through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) in the
amount of$51,465.15.
