WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of sanitary
sewer and drainage easements for the Barrington Heights Subdivision;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the donation of the parcels of land out of Part Tract 2, H. Williams Survey, Abstract
56 and Part W. B. Dyches Survey, Abstract 17, owned by Jefferson County Drainage
District No. 6 as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto for drainage and sanitary sewer
purposes for the Barrington Heights Subdivision are hereby accepted, and the same is
hereby approved:
