BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the
Texas Department of Transportation and Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6 to
participate on a one-third basis for improvements including the installation of additional
drainage boxes to the Ector Street ditch under Cardinal Drive at a total estimated cost to
all parties of$1,000,000.00.
