BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of a
Pierce Lance 1500 aluminum custom chassis fire pumper through the Houston-Galveston
Area Council in the amount of $304,691.00.
