WHEREAS, on Monday, June 2, 1997, bids were received for the purchase and
installation of a suspended ceiling for the Water Utilities Department, Water Production
Division; and,
WHEREAS, S&B Enterprises of Beaumont, Texas, submitted the low bid in the
amount of$20,871.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by S&B Enterprises
of Beaumont, Texas in the amount of$20,871.00, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by S&B Enterprises of Beaumont, Texas in the amount of
$20,871.00 for the purchase and installation of a suspended ceiling for the Water Utilities
Department, Water Production Division be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
