WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
addition and growth of Liberia Park,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for addition and growth of Liberia Park be and
the same is hereby, approved:
Tract 62, Plat B-10, J. W. Bullock Survey, Abstract 7 (3710 Waco Street)
Value: $22,430.00
Owner: Wanda M. Jones
