WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for Phase
I and II of the Charlton Pollard Neighborhood Revitalization Project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for Phase I and II of the Charlton Pollard
Neighborhood Revitalization Project be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcels 200, 220, 221, 223 and 224:
2.2491 acres out of the David Brown Survey (Tract 6, City Plat 1);
Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and Lot 7 and the east one-half of the adjacent alley,
Block 3, Flowers Addition
Sabine Pass at McGovern
Value: $107,000.00
Owners: W. F. Miranda, T. W. Harrison, J. J. Garcia, E. R. Allen,
E. R. Dupuis and J. David Heilman
