RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, bids were received on Monday, June 2, 1997 for furnishing grounds
maintenance services at the Fairgrounds located at 2850 Gulf Street; and,
WHEREAS, Life Resources dba Trust Industries, Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid
for maintenance of the Fairgrounds in the amount of$24,645.60 and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Life Resources
dba Trust Industries, Beaumont, Texas in the amount of$24,645.60 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Life Resources dba Trust Industries, Beaumont, Texas for
maintenance of the Fairgrounds in the amount of$24,645.60 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
