WHEREAS, on Monday, May 19, 1997, one bid was received for furnishing all
equipment, materials, labor and supplies to replace and extend alarm security systems at
various City facilities; and,
WHEREAS, Multi Media Security submitted a bid in the amount of$22,205.00; and
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Multi Media in
the amount of$22,205.00 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Multi Media for furnishing all equipment, materials, labor and
supplies to replace and extend alarm security systems at various City facilities in the
amount of$22,205.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the/z,� day of
