WHEREAS, Amoco Production Company has donated a permanent easement and
an access easement for the installation of a sanitary sewer lift station out of their property,
a 0.011 acre tract of land in the F. Bigner Survey, Abstract No. 1 located on the north side
of Folsom Road at Hillebrandt Bayou, east of the site of the new Tobe Hahn Post Office
as described on Attachment "A"; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said donation and is
of the opinion that the acceptance of said donation of property is necessary and desirable
and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept the donation from
Amoco Production Company for a permanent easement and an access easement for the
installation of a sanitary sewer lift station out of their property, a 0.011 acre tract of land
in the F. Bigner Survey, Abstract No. 1 located on the north side of Folsom Road at
Hillebrandt Bayou, east of the site of the new Tobe Hahn Post Office as described on
Attachment "A"
