WHEREAS, on Monday, May 19, 1997, bids were received for the purchase of City
employee work uniforms; and,
WHEREAS, Cintas Corporation of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount of
$32,106 [approximate annual] per the following unit prices:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Cintas
Corporation of Beaumont in the amount of $32,106 [approximate annual] , should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Cintas Corporation of Beaumont in the amount of $32,106
[approximate annual] be accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute a contract for such project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /c day of
