BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of
one (1) 1997 Ford chassis equipped with a Vactor Model 2110 Combination Catch
Basin Sewer Cleaning Machine in the amount of$127,214.97 through the Houston-
Galveston Area Council (H-GAC).
