RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) tractor loader backhoe
for the Public Works Department, Street and Drainage Division; and,
WHEREAS, Equipment Headquarters, Inc. submitted a bid of $42,450.00 for the
purchase of one (1) Case Model 580L Loader Backhoe ; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Equipment
Headquarters, Inc. in the amount of $42,450.00 for the purchase of one (1) Case Model
580L Loader Backhoe should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Equipment Headquarters, Inc. in the amount of$42,450.00 for
the purchase of one (1) Case Model 580L Loader Backhoe be and it is hereby accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1997.
