BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of two
(2) sedans for$29,822.00 and one (1) 3/4 ton pickup truck for $16,721 from the State of
Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program for Beaumont Municipal Transit.
