WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for a
proposed park in the Amelia area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following tract of land for a proposed park in the Amelia area be
and the same is hereby approved:
4.3139 acre tract of land out of Lots 12 through 17,
Block 21 and Lots 5 through 12, Block 22 of the Gulf
Terrace Addition
Negotiated Value $30,500.00
Owner: Gulf Building and Loan
