RESOLUTION NO. 2`7-A77
WHEREAS, the claim of Jackie Scott-Bodah has been discussed in an Executive
Session properly called and held; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the claim of Jackie Scott-
Bodah in the amount of Twenty-six Thousand ($26,000.00) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the _- 2 day of
