WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for Phase
I of the Charlton Pollard Neighborhood Revitalization Project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for Phase I of the Charlton Pollard Neighborhood
Revitalization Project be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 283A: Tract 98, City Tax Plat F, David Brown Survey
Irving at Powell Streets
Appraised Value: $2,000.00
Appraiser: Jack C. Aulbaugh
Owner: Sunlight Baptist Church
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
21997.
