WHEREAS, bids were received on Monday March 10, 1997, for furnishing janitorial
and custodial services for five (5) facilities in the Municipal Complex which include City
Hall, Police/Municipal Court, Beaumont Public Library, Tyrrell Historical Library and the
restrooms at Riverfront Park; and,
WHEREAS, the following companies submitted bids as follows:

Police Sandra's Enterprises, Inc. $27,726.76
Riverfront Park Sandra's Enterprises, Inc. $1,689.04

Library
Tyrrell Historical Library ServAll Services, Inc. $3,555.00
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by the foregoing
companies should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by the above-mentioned bidders for furnishing janitorial and
custodial services for five (5) facilities in the Municipal Complex which include City Hall,
Police/Municipal Court, Beaumont Public Library, Tyrrell Historical Library and the
restrooms at Riverfront Park in the above-stated amounts be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /6.7Zf day of
1997.
