WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for Phase
II of the FM 364/Major Drive Project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for Phase II of the FM 364/Major Drive Project be
and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 24: 0.379 acre out of the C. Williams Survey, Abstract No. 59
(6730 South Major Drive)
Appraised Value: $4,750.00
Appraiser: Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.
(Partial Taking)
Owner: The Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. John of the
Unaltered Augsburg Confession of the City of
Beaumont, Texas
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
