WHEREAS, bids were received on Monday, March 17, 1997 for furnishing all labor,
materials, equipment, and supplies for the construction of site improvements at the Julie
Rogers Theater; and,
WHEREAS, Treyco Contractors, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of$208,472.48; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Treyco
Contractors, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Treyco Contractors, Inc. for furnishing all labor, materials,
equipment, and supplies for the construction of site improvements at the Julie Rogers
Theater in the amount of$208,472.48 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1997.
