WHEREAS, on Monday, December 16, 1996, bids were received for the window
glass replacement for the Municipal Building - 2nd and 3rd floors; and,
WHEREAS, A-1 Glass Company submitted a bid in the amount of$139,850; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by A-1 Glass
Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by A-1 Glass Company for the window glass replacement for the
Municipal Building -2nd and 3rd floors in the amount of$139,850 be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the JV,3� day of
