RESOLUTION NO. � -
WHEREAS, on Monday, February 10, 1997, bids were received for the repair and
repainting of the interior of the 1,000,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank located in
Beaumont, at Harriot and Kenneth Streets; and,
WHEREAS, Coatings, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$163,127; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Coatings, Inc.
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Coatings, Inc. in the amount of $163,127 for the repair and
repainting of the interior of the 1,000,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank located in
Beaumont, at Harriot and Kenneth Streets be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
