WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont had an opportunity to purchase at auction from
the Jefferson County Sheriffs Office the following tracts of land for use in the Charlton
Pollard Neighborhood Revitalization Project:
Parcel 2: Tract 86, City Plat F (805 Devilleneuve Street)
Parcel 5: Tract 92, City Plat F (875 Devilleneuve Street)
Parcel 6: Tract 4, City Plat F (845 Devilleneuve Street)
Parcel 11: Tract 111, City Plat F (770 Devilleneuve Street)
Parcel 15: Tract 89, City Plat F (875 Lincoln Street)
Parcel 16: Tract 95, City Plat F (885 Lincoln Street)
Parcel 17: Lots 189 and 190, Block 18, Herring Addition
(920-26-40-44-50-58-60 Lincoln Street)
Parcel 22: Lot 4, Block 8, Leonard Addition (1020 Powell Street)
Parcel 34: Tract 14, City Plat F (804 Schwarner)
Parcel 46: Lots 15, 16 and east 5 feet of Lot 14, Block 1, Flowers
Addition (475 Flowers Street)
Parcel 71: Tract 14, City Plat K (470 Flowers Street)
Parcel 67: Tract 12, City Plat K (430 Flowers Street)

and,
WHEREAS, the City was able to purchase the above-listed property for $14,401.97;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the above-described property be and the same is hereby ratified
and the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the deeds to said property.
