WHEREAS, bids were received on February 10, 1997 for the purchase of one (1)
ambulance for the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Division; and,
WHEREAS, Frazer, Inc. of Houston, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of
$77,900 for one (1) 1997 Ford chassis equipped with a Frazer Type I generator powered
ambulance body; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Frazer, Inc.
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Frazer, Inc. in the amount of$77,900 for the purchase of one
(1) 1997 Ford chassis equipped with a Frazer Type I generator powered ambulance body
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
