WHEREAS, Antoinette Maybou has agreed to donate property for the Charlton
Pollard Neighborhood Revitalization Project, Phase 1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the donation of the following land for the Charlton Pollard Neighborhood
Revitalization Project, Phase I, be and the same is hereby, accepted:
Parcel 28313: 47.0 feet by 52.0 feet, Tract 122, City Plat F in the
David Brown Survey (720 Powell)
Owner: Antoinette Maybou
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1997.
