WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from Highway 105 to State Highway 124;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel for improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from
Highway 105 to State Highway 124 be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 63: 0.213 acre out of the Charles Williams Survey, Abstract No. 59
(150 feet south of Willow Bend Drive)
Appraised Value: $12,100.00
Less Improvements Retained: 5.00
Total Compensation: $12,095.00
