WHEREAS, on February 17, 1997, bids were received for the purchase of twenty-
four (24) solid plastic toilet compartments for the Fair Park Coliseum restrooms; and,
WHEREAS, Gulf Coast Specialties, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$15,411.60; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Gulf Coast
Specialties, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Gulf Coast Specialties, Inc. for the purchase of twenty-four (24)
solid plastic toilet compartments for the Fair Park Coliseum in the amount of$15,411.60
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1997.
