BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Texas
Commerce Shareholders Company to provide lots for the construction of four (4) new
homes in the Charlton-Pollard Neighborhood and the City Manager is hereby authorized
to execute all other instruments necessary to this transaction.
