BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a three (3) year
contract with Ren6 Bates Auctioneers, Inc., to provide auctioneering services for the City
of Beaumont's annual fleet and*surplus goods auction for 3.799% of gross sales.
