WHEREAS, Mr. Kevin James Wilson has agreed to convey a Street Easement to
the City of Beaumont on his property at 6195 Comstock Road for the negotiated value of
$200.00, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purchase of said easement and
is of the opinion that the purchase of said easement of property is necessary and desirable
and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement purchased from Mr. Kevin James Wilson and the same is hereby,
in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1997.
