BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of the following additional
emergency vehicle priority control components from Consolidated Traffic Controls,
Incorporated for use in the Fire Department at a cost of $17,880.50. This purchase is
exempt from competitive bidding because it is available from only one source.
