RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Charlton Pollard Neighborhood Revitalization Project, Phase I;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for the Charlton Pollard Neighborhood
Revitalization Project, Phase I be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 10: Tract 8, City Tax Plat F, David Brown Survey
780 Devilleneuve Street
(Purchased at Auction from Jefferson County's Sheriff's Sale)
TOTAL COST: $981.39
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4,tt, day of
