WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for an annual contract to provide Fire
Department uniforms; and,
WHEREAS, Martin's Uniform Division Superior Mfg. Co., Inc. submitted a bid as
follows:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Martin's Uniform
Division Superior Mfg. Co., Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Martin's Uniform Division Superior Mfg. Co., Inc. for an annual
contract to provide Fire Department uniforms at the above stated prices be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
